Sleep Number

Store employees are friendly. Company as a whole I would not recommend nor would I recommend buying the bed unless you want to spend thousands of dollars to buy the bed just to spend several more hundred dollars on repairs only after a couple years of use. 10 year warranty is actually a limited warranty and only cover a small portion of the repair fees. They also have you try and diagnose the bed issue yourself with “instructions” instead of sending out a technician to properly diagnose the issue. Not happy at all and would not recommend. Save yourself money and go somewhere else.

While the service at this Sleep Number store was ok, I cannot recommend Sleep Number beds to anyone. They advertise a 25 year warranty so assuming you'd be able to have your bed covered for 25 years. What they dont tell you is that its a limited warranty and each year, the amount they will cover decreases. I paid $7000 for this bed in 2019 then in 2023, i had to replace the air chamber. Now in 2026, they told me I needed to replace the air pump because i was having issues with the bed staying inflated. Well the air pump didnt fix the issue after paying $300+ for it, then they said I need a new air chamber AGAIN. and they charged another almost $300 for it. So i called saying that due to the repeat failure issue with it not being resolved with the air pump that I shouldn't have to pay for both of them. And after being on the phone for 30 minutes, the first lady said they were going to refund me then she transfered me to an escalation specialist that was very rude and said I was responsible for paying for both of them. And dont forget about the multiple lawsuits! Dont do it! You'll thank me later! Edit- I couldn't figure out how to review Sleep Number as a company, instead of this particular store that I bought it from. I have contacted Sleep Number several times and they've been less than helpful.

Had the bed 5 years , the air bladder has a leak now , they charge $500 for a new air bladder , the sales person who sold the bed kept saying life time warranty , over and over , I called the tech line and told the tech I won’t be recommending anyone to get an air bed again , and the tech hung up on me . $5,000 dollar bed that now has a hole in it and only place to get a new bladder is sleep number ,

Was actually impressed with this store. I came in for a pillow, and was met professionally by a gentleman named Andrew. We had went through a few pillows that had helped align my spine, because I have issues. After this he had shared with me the monitoring in which the beds had offered for heart and other forms of health, to which you can follow via an app. I was impressed. I purchased a pillow that I can return within 100 days if it doesn't feel right after 30. It's a great place.

Service was fantastic Ian helped us find the perfect bed and pillows as well as answered any questions we had / could think of. All around great experience. Only thing that was bad was the disposal process. I paid for my old bed and bed frame to be removed, we had to switch the days because of work so the next Wednesday when the guys came out they told my girlfriend that I didn't pay for it and couldn't take the bed or frame. Disappointed on that end. Other than that fantastic service and quality of bed!!
