My husband and I went in to look at replacing our washer and dryer. Nick was so helpful. He helped us weigh the pros and cons of a few different options. We settled on the GE Profile and love it. The 2 gentleman who installed our set were so courteous and efficient! We were so pleased with our washer and dryer purchase that we also bought a new mattress. Kimball is a great stop for your appliance and furniture needs!

I ordered several appliances for a new build. Sales staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. They were able to hold our order until a convenient time to deliver to the build site. The installation crew was efficient and careful with all the appliances. I highly recommend Kimball Appliance.

Our washer broke, thanks housekeeper (such firstvwitkd issues), but I cannot even explain the gratitude that I have for the team at Kimball’s. I went into the store to take a look, was greeted, wasn’t followed around or bothered, but any and all questions were answered. I left 21min later with a delivery scheduled for the following morning at 9:30. The delivery process was so smooth and just easy, it was so nice. I was bothered more by the dogs barking and crying (our dogs, not theirs). The delivery team was so professional and kind. Honestly, as someone that’s worked in the Customer Service industry for decades, this team was all around the absolute BEST I have encountered abd they gained a loyal customer for the rest of my life. Thank you Kimball’s!
