Mattress King

Love my new mattress. Decided downsize my mattress from a King to a Queen. I wanted to keep the same brand and feel of my old one. Avery was a knowledgeable and no pressure salesman. He gave me a great deal. So if you’re looking for a new mattress go see Avery!

There are obviously other, cheaper mattresses around to buy, but the customer service is top tier! He explained everything I needed to know i.e the higher the spring count, the more sturdy the mattress. I’m paralyzed from the chest down so the adjustable base is an absolute life saver when it comes to sitting up. But the only drawback is that they’re super expensive

My husband and I have been dreading buying a new mattress for years and finally gave in and we are so glad we finally did! We wish all sales people were like Brian! He was a huge help and wasn’t pushy like most sales people! We definitely will be recommending them to everyone and we will be back to buy from them again! What ever they are paying Brian it’s not enough! He was awesome!!!

So first let me say that generally everyone here is super nice and helpful. But, that only goes so far when it comes to buying any product. Ive had non stop problems with every bed/foundation Ive got from them, and each within a month or so of buying them. Their prices are great but, in my opinion the quality of their products is extremely poor, and everything basically is made to fall apart as soon as possible. The beds sink in fast, the foundations/boxsprings get noisy and break down, things that should be replaced after 5 years feel like they need to be replaced after 5 months, if you're lucky to make it that long. They were nice enough to help replace things but, they kept breaking down. Barely made it to 1 year with the mattress, which was not top of the line but wasn't cheaper either. Spent $1000 between bed and foundations just to have to replace everything after a little over a year. Never had that happen in my life with a bed or foundation or anything. Moral of the story is, the employees are amazing, but the products they sell are not and you may be better off spending double somewhere else cause it's going to save you money in the long run.

Salesman, Bryan, very helpful and took extra measures to make sure we got our delivery.
