Kimball's Furniture & Design

As a decorator new to the Brunswick area, I went to Kimball’s Furniture to furnish a vacation home for a client, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Coleen was the sales associate who helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful — patient, knowledgeable, and determined to find the perfect solutions. Her communication throughout the process has been excellent, keeping me updated every step of the way. She’s also been so supportive as I start breaking into the home staging business, showing me great options and offering helpful advice. I ordered custom upholstery pieces, and the prices were very reasonable! I was going for a beachy, shabby chic look, and they had tons of beautiful options to choose from. The delivery team was fantastic — professional, careful, and friendly. Overall, I’ve been extremely impressed and will definitely continue shopping here!

My mother recently went to Kimball’s in Shallotte, Colleen helped her pick out a new living room suite. Colleen was super friendly and helpful while being mindful of my mom’s budget. She had her furniture delivered the very next day by part of the Kimball’s team. TJ and Jose were very quick and professional removing her old furniture and bringing in her new stuff. Thanks so much for making a processes which could’ve been a pain very simple and pleasant.

Great quality furniture grade workers they can bargain with you for a lower price the furniture's very nice a little high but it's worth it because the furniture is good steady the cushions are fabulous I recommend going that to anyone before going to anywhere else
