My husband and I went in today to look for a new couch, and we had the best sales rep ever! Libby was amazing ! She introduced herself and gave us our space to look around and see what we liked. We told her what fabrics and color we were looking towards, and she helped out. As we looked around the store, she still came by to answer any questions we had. We finally found the one, and she was a great help with helping us arrange the way we needed and explained every document very thoroughly. Highly recommend going to Ashley's and ask for Libby! She goes above and beyond but still lets you do what's best for you. Great experience!!

I'm glad I did not look at the reviews for ALL ASHLEY STORES before I shopped in the SHALLOTTE store, because the the SHALLOTTE STORE is DIFFERENT! We bought a sleeper sofa, a coffee table and two end tables. It was past the delivery date and we had company coming to visit so I called the store to complain. I spoke to their General Manager Lori and within a week she had found the furniture and it was in our house! The furniture was delivered, the delivery guys were great, polite and respectful, even petting and loving on our dog. Although we loved the pieces, we found that the coffee table and end tables were too big for our space. I called and spoke to the General Manager Lori (again) and she offered to exchange the furniture for us if we could find a new set we liked. I went into the store to look at the furniture in person (on line is so hard) and Lori walked around the store with me and helped me find pieces that would fit in our living room, even measuring and moving pieces so I could see them. I don't believe I have ever seen a general manager in a store, let alone have one personally walk me around helping me figure out what would work for us! I have never had such great customer service, and I not have to "fight" to return the furniture! The woman who sold us our furniture, was ok and got the job done, the delivery drivers were very good, but the person who stood out was the GM Lori! Ashley company, you are lucky to have a person on your team who is so committed to customer satisfaction! I will be buying more furniture from Ashley in the future! (As long as Lori still works there)

Loy was great to work with in our purchase of a couch and rocking/recliner chair. He greeting us and asked how he could help us. After telling him we were interested in looking at couches, he informed us where they were located in the store. For us to take our time and he would be nearby if we had any questions. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory and answered all of our questions.

We purchased the Larce sectional from this store and have enjoyed its quality and look in our beach house! Heather was great to work with, helping us determine the pieces we needed and evening assisting after installation with a replacement piece. Highly suggest visiting this location and working with Heather!
