I am an elder, needing a chair with a lift to help me stand up. I was fortunate to have Claudio, he helped me choose the right chair. Karen helped with the paperwork. Both people were wonderful. The delivery went well, the two men explained everything to me. I am extremely pleased with everything, will return to Kimbrell's.
View on GoogleClaudio was very helpful by being a great communicator and sending pictures of a lift recliner I purchased for my mother. I am 3 hours away and I felt comfortable just walking into the store and completing the purchase. The price point was very good. It appears to be a very nice chair and mom says it is comfortable after a couple of nights sleep. Claudio wasn't scheduled to be there during my timeframe for pick up but he had everything ready and the other staff took good care of us . I did not have time to browse but the store is huge and well stocked from what I saw. I highly recommend Claudio and Kimbrell's for your home furnishings! Thanks so much!!

From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine professionalism. Every staff member I interacted with was not only friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help. It’s rare these days to come across a team so dedicated to making sure the customer feels heard, respected, and valued. What stood out the most was how accommodating they were when it came to working out a payment plan that suited my budget. They took the time to understand my needs and didn’t push anything that felt out of reach. Instead, they created a plan that was completely manageable and didn’t burden me with outrageously high monthly payments. That kind of consideration is hard to come by—and honestly, words can’t fully express how surprised and impressed I am by the level of customer service I received. I can confidently say I’ve never had an experience like this at any other furniture store. The entire team at this Kimbrell’s location went above and beyond, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Delivery was on time and they got here before the snow storm hit. In our book, they were amazing!! 10 stars and look forward to doing business with them in the future!!
