Sleep Number

We came in not expecting to buy. Honestly always thought a sleep number would be out my price range. We had Charles as our sells rep and he was absolutely amazing. We told him we might not be able to afford it and he still treated us like we was going to buy the most expensive one in there. When I tell you he knows his stuff. He knows!! He had us when we laid on the first bed. We almost didn't get up. The 2nd bed was even more amazing I literally felt my back pain ease while he was adjusting the bed. The first one was cheaper because of the sell but with everything we wanted the 2nd came out to be the same price so we got it! I'm so ready for Saturday when it gets delivered. Thank you Charles!!!

I met Charles at Sleep Number store in Spartanburg SC to look at and possibly purchase a bed. I'm so glad that I did because I not only purchased a wonderful bed at a great price but got to know Charles himself on a personal level. I feel that I made a friend. He was caring, not just out to make a sale. I left feeling that I had a really great experience on top of purchasing a really great product. I can't give a higher recommendation to anyone thinking about purchasing a new bed. I left only feeling blessed. Michael

Charles is excellent! From one sales professional to another, he is genuine and top-notch! He listened to my wife and I and all of our concerns, and helped us pick out the most perfect mattress for our needs. He never once pushed us towards something that we didn't need and although we thought we were coming to buy the most expensive one they had, turns out that is not what was best for us. Our mattress will be delivered in less than 2 weeks and we couldn't be more excited. Thank you again for the top notch service!

Josiah was very knowledgeable and made the purchase of our Sleep Number bed a great experience. Especially our Rest Test 😴 We had a couple of unique questions and Mike was able to help as well. Looking forward to our delivery! Sweet dreams 🛌

I had a great experience at Sleep Number working with Charles. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the different options and explain how everything works. He answered all of my questions and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable without any pressure. Charles provided excellent customer service and really made the experience stand out. Sleep Number is lucky to have him!
