We were looking for an electricly powered recliner. We were taken by a salesperson to the area where they were displayed. The salesperson showed us which ones they were. Some of the chairs were not plugged in. Some of the chairs were so close to the wall, that they would not even recline!!!!! The salesperson then "hovered" around as we "test sat" on some of them. At that time, we were the only customers in that particular area. Then, store employees began to unload a shipment of furniture from a truck as we were trying out the chairs. We needed to move out of their way, several times, so they could unload. We felt, that as customers, that we were in their way!!! Then, upon asking the salesperson about any warranty on the chairs, the reply was very vague and not logical!!!!! The salesperson stated that "the warranty was complicated." I had to clarify to the salesperson, what the warranty implied. The only reason that I gave them a 3 star rating, was because they had an overall medium to large selection of furniture. However, we will not return!
