Horrible experience, Please be very cautious about shopping at this location. I went shopping for a dresser and specific color as I informed the sales representative. I found one I liked and purchased it, when it was delivered it wasn't a dresser I picked or the color I picked. I sent it back immediately, then call to inquire about a refund and the sales representative got agitated and said it was my fault that they delivered the wrong item. He said it can not be returned even though I've sent it back immediately, no other options were given . The sales representative was very unprofessional and unethical, it is safe to say I will never shop here. Nor will friends or family. if you do be very careful!!!!!! there are other furniture stores and online that will provide better service and experience.

We ordered a table for the living room and he wanted to give me one that I never ordered the color and the owner said that he couldn't do anything anymore because he already signed the receipt that the middleman sold it to me, and the same thing happened to my sister-in-law and my father, First time I see that in a furnuture you cannot change your product if it is not the one you chose. great care!!

The two gentlemen who delivered the item were very kind and put the couch together for me, they even allowed me to change the positioning ways to fit my living room perfectly! I would definitely recommend this company, specifically for their great customer service!
