Mattress Firm North Bergen

Today I went to buy a mattress and I was greeted by Domenica. From the start I felt comfortable as English is not my first language and right from there we connected. I was shopping on a strict budget and unlike most people in sales. She did not try and upsell me. She found me a wonderful orthopedic mattress from the warehouse and helped me in more ways than one. She was a god send , thank you!!

I was quoted a very good price over the phone from an associate in a different location a few days ago. I was planning to visit that location but due to time constraint - I could not and I called in the North Bergen store and see if they would honor the excellent price that I was quoted. The manager Domenica (which is one of the friendlist person ever!!) actually asked me the name of the associate from the other store that quoted me the price - and I was a bit hesitating as even though I might not buy from that store I will drop by later in the week with some treats to say thank you. But Domenica surprised me by saying that the sales will go to that associate in the other store - and I was totally floored! Wow such amazing transparency and generousity. I have never come across such business practices before. Now I understand why most of the Mattress Firm business have such high rating as 4.9! They went out of their way of being friendly, amazingly genuine and honest. It totally changed my opinion - suspicion towards the old day where mattress seller like Sleepys (hint hint) used to use the push concepts and questionable sales tactics to sell upper tiered mattress to their customer. Totally restored my faith in this on site Mattress Store. I feel so much warmth and happiness just talking to Domenica a few minutes over the phone. I will definitely go there again for my next mattress need - and I will definitely recommend anyone who is in the market for mattress to contact them and I dare say - their genuine personality, honesty and warmth will win you over even before you start your mattress shopping. Totally impressive. Kudos on the job well done!!!

Great service! The agent at the store was really patient, let us try all the mattresses, adjusted everything to the costs we wanted, knew how to explain each product, and finally also contacted us and helped us place the order easily and quickly. The mattress arrives in less than 24 hours.

I had such a great experience buying my mattress, all thanks to Thomas. His advice was spot on, and the service was amazing. I'm really happy with my purchase!

Domenica was amazing!!! Five stars! She took her time to coach me through the different options each style bed offered. I left feeling like an aficionado! So much so I ended up leaving with 4 new beds, I highly recommend having her assist you in your future of sleeping better!
