Terrible customer service! We were leary to buy and even discussed our concerns in the Evansville store. Reviews complained about terrible customer service. We were assured that our concerns were invalid and they would be available to help with any issues. We knew as soon as the bed was delivered it wasn’t for us but had to wait the 30 days to return it. We waited until the end of the 3 hour window to call and ask why no one had come for the bed. It took nearly an hour and 3 people to finally be told someone would call us in 5 minutes. 3 hours after that someone called saying we were never assigned to a driver and they would have to reschedule us!!!!! The guy said he knew 3 hours ago that no one was coming but thought he could find someone to pick it up. AND they refused to budge on the $250 pick up fee, accommodating us on an hour pick up window for the next time, or letting us take it to the store so they could bother with it. We wasted an entire day and all they would do is reschedule 2 weeks out and tell us they don’t know what time it will be but we must be available for a 3 hour window. Morning? Night? They couldn’t say. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/COMPANY I’ve ever delt with. Oh, and if you have IT/app issues, good luck getting anyone that actually knows what they are doing.
I have a queen size adjustable 360 smart bed. Worked great the first year, then all the bells and whistles faded out, including the remote that controls the air. The store i bought it from told me that since I have a cat the warranty was void. The air bags do still hold air but now 4 years in the frame is getting squeaky. A very expensive piece of junk! Not recommended.
The people at Sleep Number allowed us to test out several different beds there and find the one that suits us best. We are looking forward to getting it delivered and sleeping better.
