If I could I would give them ZERO stars. The range we bought is junk. They are great salespeople. Once they get your money. You will never hear from them again. It’s been 4 months and still junk. Been having to deal with GE directly. 5th appointment next week. Should have went to Lowe’s and will next time.💩
View on GoogleMy mother was wanting a new stove and microwave. I live out of state so I suggested she shop local rather than a big box store. I was so wrong. She purchased her items and asked for help getting them installed. We fully understood that no king employees were installers but hoped they could assist in finding an installer. Nope. That didn’t happen. They provided no help with that. It seemed wrong to me that they would sell something to an elderly widow knowing she didn’t have resources to install and didn’t provide a list of recommended installers or even know of any installers. That is not customer service, that is take their money and run. I called and complained to the manager but I don’t think this practice will change. I recommended incorrectly, we should have went to Lowe’s or Home Depot because the delivery and install. Remember this if shopping at Kings and you are physically unable to install yourself. Go to a big his store.

I would highly recommend this company. Love a small shop, because they actually care about their customers. This will be the place I do all my shopping for appliances or furniture. Thank you

View on GoogleWe bought a refrigerator last Friday. We went in and was immediately greeted with a smile and "Hi, what can I help you with?" from Anthony. He took us to the refrigerator section, explained all the features and benefits of the one we wanted in detail. Our purchasing experience took less than 15 minutes and he made sure we were completely satisfied before we left. His final words were " thank you for coming in today and thank you for buying from of. If there is anything you need, any problems or questions, here is my card. Feel free to call about anything at any time." Deluvery was set up for Monday. The driver called 15 minutes ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. Once here there were issues with it fitting through the door. They immediately grabbed a drill and took our front door off and were very careful and took their time inching the fridge in the door so as not to damage anything. Once they were done installing they very quickly put the door back on and they were very professional yet friendly and patient. On Tuesday we realized the fridge wasn't working right. I called Anthony. Within 10 minutes he and his manager had set up for another fridge to be delivered the next morning. By 10:00 our new fridge was delivered, installed and is running great! This is our first time purchasing anything through King's but it won't be our last.
