We went looking for recliners. Angie helped us select the most perfect set of comfy, LazyBoy recliners and we expect to be enjoying them well into our retirement years. I would recommend Kloss Furniture to everyone. Angie helped us but I'm sure the rest of the staff are almost as professional and she is. She knows her merchandise and can be of great assistance when you're not sure what you want or need. They brought them to our home and set them up

The furniture store offers a wide variety of furniture and decorative options. I'm confident one can find a couch, recliner, mattress, table set, rug or end table to match his/her taste. The sales people were helpful, informative, and not aggressive, nor pushy. I appreciated that. The price range is on par with other furniture stores. I greatly appreciate how many options they have in their "outlet" or discounted section. The items in this area are not broken, nor damaged. The showroom is extremely, clean, organized and tidy. I like the place. Nice layout, nice staff, clean restrooms and an overall good smell in the air. Some prices are a little steep, but once you make that clear they steer you to the stuff you actually can afford to look at

Visited Kloss Furniture in Highland, Illinois looking for a sofa. Ray Maltbie helped me to find the perfect sofa for my needs and within my price range. He was very polite and knowledgeable of the products he was showing me. I ended up purchasing two sofas and end tables. Very impressed with Kloss Furniture in general. They have a wide selection to choose from and I really like the fact that when calling you speak with an actual person and not some recorded message.

Michelle was absolutely amazing! Made our first time furniture but so easy. She was not pushy and really listened to what we wanted. I wont shop anywhere else!
