View on GoogleVery dissatisfied I was sold a chair that would hold 500 pounds wasn’t the case. The chair only could hold 275 pounds. Chair broke in couple months. They exchanged with a lift chair. Told me the only chair they had that could hold 400 pounds. The website said 375 pounds I questioned the manager he said the website was wrong wasn’t updated they don’t run the website. When I got the chair was too narrow a the tag even says 375 pounds. This was 3 months back a fourth between the store a service department I finely was giving a refund.

Jason M. did an excellent job showing me the various replacement options available so I was able to find the perfect platform and mattress that was just right for me. The delivery men were prompt, courteous, and set up the bed in no time. Thank you for the wonderful shopping experience. ❤

There is a "sale" price and a "Kloss finance" price when it's a third party finance company NOT KLOSS directly. Not sure what their game is but pay close attention to pricing.All in all not a bad experience but already had a manufacturer defect on a piece of 2 day old furniture. Waiting to see how this is resolved. Will update when I get an answer.EDIT..so we got the furniture replaced, but still waiting on replacement of another piece bought it october.Help me make sense of this.
