I had a great experience buying my mattress here. Geoff was incredibly helpful and made the whole process really comfortable and stress-free. He let me take my time trying different mattresses without any pressure, showed me the options that could be delivered within my timeline, and even helped arrange the delivery date perfectly for me. I’m still pretty new to Los Angeles, and he also gave me a lot of helpful tips about living here, which I really appreciated. It honestly made the experience feel much more welcoming and personal. Thank you again, Geoff, for being so kind and helpful. If I ever need another mattress or furniture in the future, I would definitely come back here again!

View on GoogleHands down one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. Moving to a new place for the first time in years and it was our first time buying a real (not Costco box) mattress. Went to so many different stores, tried more mattresses than i ever thought i would and after visiting this location on Saturday, we ended up coming back two days later because we knew the one we loved was here. Geoff is the absolute man. S-tier customer service, beyond kind, walked us through so many brands, and even taught us a ton about mattress tech, brands, and more. We ended up getting a Diamond Tranquility firm and we cannot wait for it to arrive next week. I don’t write too many reviews on Google but when i do, i seriously mean it! Thank you so much, Geoff! My girlfriend and i are incredibly thrilled and we can’t wait to get a good night’s rest
View on GoogleAbsolutely terrible and dishonest experience. When we purchased our mattress, the salesperson clearly told us it came with a lifetime warranty and that if we ever wanted to exchange the mattress, we simply needed to bring back the original receipt. Even said in his exact words, “you can even exchange 18 years from now just save this receipt under your mattress”. That was the exact reason we kept the receipt and trusted what he told us. When we returned to the store with the receipt, the same salesperson suddenly denied ever saying that and tried to claim everything was explained on the paperwork. That is completely false. He told us something very different at the time of purchase. It’s honestly ridiculous and extremely misleading to tell customers whatever they want to hear just to close a sale and then change the story later. That is not only bad customer service, it’s dishonest business practice. We did exactly what we were told to do and brought the receipt back, only to be treated like we were making things up. This whole experience felt like we were lied to just to make the sale. If this is how this store treats customers after they’ve already paid, I would strongly warn others to think twice before buying anything here. Negative stars if I could This photo was when we purchased the mattress 6 months ago ! Then he came up saying he never said that. Dishonest and horrible
