I had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Corinne. I honestly was not even planning on buying a mattress today, but she was so helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive that she made the entire process easy and comfortable. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and made sure I received the best price possible without ever making me feel pressured. The entire experience was professional, smooth, and stress free. I highly recommend this location and truly appreciate the excellent customer service Corinne provided.

I had the greatest customer service experience ever with Wayne at this store. Not only did he work with me to help make my purchase affordable, he went way above and beyond to set up a very timely and convenient delivery plan to the store near me in Colorado, 1100 miles away !!! My entire transaction took place over the course of 15 minutes and two phone conversations. Wayne’s product knowledge, salesmanship, organization and communication skills are exceptional. Next time I need a mattress, I’m just gonna pick up the phone and call Wayne.

Did some research before going in. We were greeted by Monica. She was able to further elaborate on the type of mattress we were looking into. She took it a step further And showed off the additional perks that can make sleeping 😴 a lot better. We were able to get the mattress we wanted and had an excellent experience. Thank you!!!
