Bought a powered sofa and 2 chairs. Exactly what we were looking to buy. Great service and gave me a good deal. Delivery was the same day and the items were set up in the house. All items were inspected and tested. Superior service. This is the 5th time shopping/buying here at the family owned and operated local business. Highly recommended

Super awesome company! We came in with a furniture emergency for our VRBO rental home and they were able to get us replacement couches with next business day delivery! Right on time for Memorial. Price was perfect also!! Thanks guys!

Absolute Lifesavers!
Since COVID-19 purchasing furniture has been tough, finding something in stock is difficult, a stock item you like almost impossible, then it being well priced is unheard of, then lastly they go out of their way to accommodate special requests with a smile and actually deliver on all the promises...good luck.
Well, Boxdrop hit it out of the park and surprised the hell out of us.
We recently bought a motor home and desperately needed to change out the uncomfortable couch in it before a big trip. No one had stock and those that did, the options were limited and overpriced. We stopped by Boxdrop and they definitely had a large selection. I was expecting the usual - floor models only, long delivery wait time, and overpriced. Completely the opposite; they had several options in stock, understood the complexity with furnishing a motor home, all the brands are well known higher end manufacturers, prices well below online delivery, and they did something I have never seen anyone do in the past. We have a limited space and fell in love with a large sectional. Normally we would have to buy the whole sectional and use 3 of the 5 pieces. Nope, they sold us the 3 we needed at a great price, delivered as scheduled, flawless quick installation, and we are ready for the big trip in style and in comfort!
One last important thing; I hate that feeling of being just another sale to meet a quota and questioning if I was taken advantage of. I walked away feeling like I was not only treated fairly, but how an old friend would take care of you.

When we needed a new bed, I'm glad we chose this place to get it. The service was spectacular! It was a Sunday Drive and we decided not to wait any longer to get a new bed. We drove the streets of Havasu looking for a mattress shop and we came across this quaint shop in a plaza coming into town from Needles/Kingman. Open 3 to 5 on Sundays people!!! Dallon, the kid from the shop that helped us was so helpful and made our purchase simple. There was absolutely no awful or pushy sales tactics, no hassles, and they had a great stock of beds, and other home furniture. He asked us a few questions of what we were looking for and recommend a few beds reasonably priced. I found some other items that matched the set. He managed to get us financed, loaded up, and helped other customers solo in good time!! Great job, this guy deserves a raise. Other customers that came in after us were also very happy. The service here is professional and courteous . Five stars all the way. Come check this place out! We're definitely returning when we decide to get our new furniture for our home.
