Kudos to Kevin at Sleep Genie in Lake Havasu for his old-fashioned exceptional service. He solved a problem with our articulating RV bed. He built our mattress with a hinge that solved the problem giving us a super comfortable mattress with a cooling mattress cover, and custom sheets at an extremely reasonable price. It is refreshing to see this kind of honesty and service. We highly recommend Sleep Genie!

We purchased a king size Madrid Pillow top mattress in the beginning of 2021. We loved it, however we had some issues recently. We were told it was likely because of a few different than normal material suppliers had been used during the 2020 closures. NO PROBLEM! No delay, they ordered up a replacement mattress and as soon as it was ready and in town they brought it out, took away the old one and placed the new one!!! We would 100% recommend buying a new mattress here!

I was having difficulty finding a mattress for my RV. It’s a Full Size mattress that folds (as it sits on a slide out). 3 roadblocks in my search. -Roadblock 1: I could only find Queen Size, which is 5” too wide (there is a partial wall on each side of the bed). A friend suggested calling Sleep Genie explaining they make each mattress to order. I decided to give them a call. The owner came out about an hour later to get measurements. I could choose the thickness of the mattress too. -Roadblock 2: I needed it by the next week and he said he thinks that he could do that. He would need to talk with the guy who makes them. And he WAS able to get it to me the following week. -Roadblock 3: I didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg. He quoted me a low price that was slightly more than I would have paid for a Queen one from Amazon & this one would be much better quality. *All around this was an awesome experience! The owner was super nice, the employee at the store was great too. They go above and beyond IMO. Included in the price is delivery and removal of your old mattress. The employee helped get it into the RV with me. The mattress fits PERFECTLY & the fold is exactly where it needs to be! It’s a little on the firm side, but I love it! Thanks Sleep Genie for providing this service, you guys know what you’re doing. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to replace your mattress.

I’m telling you, Kevin is the best sleep. Jeanie mattress central If you have an issue after your purchase no matter what it is no questions asked the man is on top of his game. Excellent with his customers. I love his customer service. It’s absolutely the best will continue my mattress purchases with Kevin thank you You’re a rockstar.

Buyers beware. Before you buy a mattress from this company. I will highly Recommend doing your research first.. I bought this mattress from this place a year. And a half ago, This mattress did not last for the 5 years. That was granted to me. So two weeks ago I spoke to kevin who works at this place I asked him about if there's a way we can replace this mattress. Because this matches fell apart, he said that he doesn't deal with the company anymore. That distributed the mattress to me. And he says that when he get back to you when he called them and let you know so day go by He calls me say that The company would be okay to deliver another mattress. As long as there was no stains on the mattress. I said no, there's not, so he said hes gonna be out there. Wednesday or Thursday delivering the mattress to me and I could deliver to you. I said no problem I waited For his call on Wednesday or Thursday didn't get no phone call whatsoever on either of those days, I called them Thursday to see what's going on, he said. Don't worry, the mattress is still coming. I'll let you know and hopefully I'll be there probably Friday so I waited on Friday afternoon still had no phone call. I called them and asked him. Hey, what's going on? Kevin advise me that the guy is still on his way. He will be delivering the mattress sometime in the afternoon and He will let me know when the mattress gets there. So I asked him if it's okay if we can either get half of the money back. For this mattress war, it's strange it for something that's equal amount of value due to the fact that had Warranty on Kevin told me no, we cannot do that. Because I don't have that mattress and stock at all. And I don't deal with that company anymore. So I took off and 45 minutes later. He calls me to inform me that he mailed a check out for My return and as it today I still have never got that check.. So I were highly recommended. You guys to not go to this place to buy mattresses? Because Kevin is a liar and Rip-off salesmen that was sell. You knock off mattresses that has no warranty guaranteed. So I recommend no one go to this place at all Don't trust him or his mattresses on display there cheap mattress.
