I have purchased several mattresses from Land of Sleep in Venice and I cannot say enough good things about them. AMAZING customer service from the showroom to the installation. Very professional, excellent prices, and quality products. I would rate higher than a 5-star if it was possible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go anywhere else!
View on GoogleAmazing customer service!! Im new to the area and this family owned business came highly recommended. Now i know why. they are the nicest people. The gentleman that took care of me was patient and so helpful. They have been in business for years and it shows!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want a great mattress and great service go here.
View on Google3 Stars Land of Sleep in Venice is a nice store with a good selection, but my experience wasn’t great. The salesperson came across as a bit rude and seemed disinterested once it was clear we weren’t looking to spend thousands of dollars. I completely understand that prices have gone up, but it would have been nice to feel treated with the same respect and attention as any other customer, regardless of our budget.
View on GoogleHappy customer since 2004, purchasing many mattresses over the years for whole family! Purchased Innova sleep system beds for our senior parents. Great support customer support after move to assisted living when I could not get the beds functioning!! very grateful!!!
View on GoogleThe staff was friendly to work with when buying a mattress we have a adjustable bed and wanted to know what kind would work best he pointed out 4 different mattress manufacturers and we just had to decide soft middle or hard . I recommend this place.
