We love our Latex mattresses! They are fiberglass free which I love. They are so comfortable that I have purchased 2 of their mattresses. The first one I purchased was for my husband and I. We loved it so much we purchased one for my granddaughter as well. We built our own from Latex Mattress Factory using their awesome talalay toppers. We purchased 4 talalay toppers 3 in thick for our mattress and 3 toppers for our granddaughters. We just recently purchased their awesome talalay pillows. They are so comfortable and supportive. I have never been so happy with a mattress purchased as I have with these. Thanks so much Latex Mattress Factory!!! ❤️

Absolutely love the new mattress. Much cooler than our previous memory foam mattresses. STRONGLY suggest calling and talking to one of their experts - after we placed our order, I missed the courtesy follow-up call from them, but called back, and the advice we received had us alter our order slightly, for the better. One suggestion he made was to have our king size pads cut in half, so that we could customize our personal preferences. Just as he stated, you can’t feel the seam between them at all, and I get the firm feel I want while she gets the extra soft that she wants! Mattresses were properly packed for shipping, and everything arrived clean and ready to use. Will absolutely order from these folks again!

We now own two mattresses from the Latex mattress factory. The shipping was fast and they were well packaged. Unpacking the mattresses was easy, and they flattened out quickly. Assembly for our Cal King was relatively simple. I will say, these mattresses are HEAVY and floppy though (especially the California King with two different firmness sides).When you move they will be a bit of a chore to move. I love how comfortable these mattresses are, and honestly how affordable they are compared to other big name mattresses. The best part is they are made from renewable latex, and can be thrown out confident that they will break down over time. I hope that is not for many years to come as we love our mattresses. The free pillow they threw in with our most recent purchase was quite comfy as well. I would highly recommend checking them out if you are considering a new mattress, and want to consider one that is more eco conscious than standard mattresses.

Ordered a mattress online. Company sent my wife an email saying she had to call them to confirm the order. I called on a Friday, unaware that they had just canceled our order on Thursday night. Was not told our order was canceled. Gave details about the order again and was told it would be sent. Then on Sunday, we were refunded for the cost of the mattress. Called Monday asking what happened. Same guy pretended not to remember me from Friday’s call, said the order was canceled at the customer’s request. We did not cancel the order at any time. They have a ridiculous policy that all online orders may be confirmed with a phone call or else they are automatically canceled. Even when I called Monday, we still wanted the mattress and were prepared to buy it, but this was not offered. I told the guy we were ready to order a similar mattress from another company. No response to this. So I hung up and ordered from another company. Update: Owner read my review and called to explain why our order was canceled. They were calling an old, disconnected phone number from when my wife first set up her Apple Pay. They verify all online orders with phone calls to prevent lost revenue due to fraudulent orders. No good explanation offered for why the issue couldn’t be corrected during the two phone calls I made to them during business hours. The owner offered to give us pillows for free, but we declined. We had already purchased from another company. They probably offer a good product (my wife has great home decor taste), but need a better ordering and customer service system.

I love these latex mattresses! I have two of them. One soft and one more firm I like the softer one better but I am seventy years old! I have had three lower back surgeries and two neck surgeries. My neck is completely fused. Getting a good nights sleep is hard to do but these mattresses really help. And they are not hot like memory foam.
