View on GoogleMy experience with Bob's when I walked through the door was warm. The Floor person Dave showed me around and gave me some good information. When it comes to the manager Danielle, she gets a little aggressive and wants to try to force me to get this and get that, so I proceed to deal with the floor manager and then danielle's gonna tell me I don't deserve any ice cream so she needs a correct her attitude with the customer!!. She forgets I'm paying her salary.Other than that, bob's tempy is okay. Hopefully, my furniture will arrive on time. And all will be good..

He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Delivery was right on time, which I really appreciated, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Overall, excellent customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them and will be coming back!
View on GoogleAll the salespeople were extremely nice. We were greeted & welcomed in every area of the store. Abel was amazing & very knowledgeable about the products & ultimately helped us decide on & purchase a couch! My previous Bob's purchase was online, prior to having arizona locations, but when I'm looking for more furniture, this location will be first on my list!
