Layla Sleep Inc.

Worst mattress I ever had. It was fine for 2 yrs, then it became spongy. You can't even sit on the edge or close to the edge without sinking down. A firm mattress is supposed to hold up around the perimeter. I started having excruciating sacrum pain 2 yrs in and now have sacroiliitis. I tried to return this lemon back then with no luck. I even had my attorney send a letter. Worse $850 I ever spent.

This company is horrible. I ordered a mattress topper. They charged me for shipping without my approval. Then they cancelled the order refunded me for the topper but kept the shipping fee of $60 USD! They never shipped it. They just pocketed the shipping fee. This is theft!

⚠️ DO NOT SHOP HERE I ordered a comforter because the product page clearly advertised “Free Returns”. After it arrived (poor quality, leaking filling), I tried to send it back. The seller rejected it, pointing to a “flash sale” rule that makes it non-returnable. Problem is, that rule isn’t on the product page. You have to click through to another section, scroll down, and find it in tiny, barely visible text. And since nearly every item on the site is marked as “on sale”, there’s no clear way to tell upfront what’s actually returnable. I’m now stuck filing a dispute just to get a refund. It’s not worth the hassle. There are plenty of trustworthy sites out there—skip this one.

I purchased a mattress topper, two pillows and a set of bamboo sheets. All are okay but I was completely surprised when I received a bill from Fed Ex for $146.27 for additional shipping fees to Canada after paying $215 shipping on the initial order. I emailed to dispute the charges and received a reply that the information is in the details on the website. I now have a collection agency hounding me. I haven't had a financial issue un 50 years until I bought something from Layla Sleep.

I ordered the queen size weighted blanket and two pillows. My order was promptly processed and received. I love the pillows. The outside covers on the pillows are very soft to the touch and the pattern on them is really nice. The blanket was a really nice quality but was heavier than I wanted. I contacted Layla about returning the blanket for refund. I fully expected to have to wait a while before getting a reply. I received an email from Brandon that day with instructions for the return/refund. I emailed the information and received a reply from Sarah within hours that my refund was being processed. I immediately received an email from Alex confirming my refund. I cannot stress how wonderful Layla's customer service is. I would absolutely do business with this company again.
