Jordan's Furniture New Haven

Highly recommend Anthony Ezeoke “AEE”. A few people said hello to me coming into the store, but Anthony really actually helped me. He spent the right amount of time helping me find what I needed without spending all day there. I was able to find everything and match it to some old pieces I had bought previously at Jordan’s, which he pulled up on the computer and I was in and out within an hour. He is very good at sales and actually providing customer service. He is definitely an asset to Jordan’s. Great experience.

This was by far THE BEST furniture buying experience! Kat was incredible… she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I arrived at the store feeling lost and not confident in what I needed for a new house. Throughout the time Kat provided valuable design advice and amazing ideas of how to furnish my new house! She understood what I needed and my budget! If you can get to Jordan’s New Haven ask for Kat!!

What a great experience we would highly recommend Jordan's for beding purchases. From the second we walked it to the time we left their sales associate listened to what we were looking for, showed us what products in the price range we desired and at no time tried to push something we didnt want or could afford. She absolutely made this shiping trip easy and quick.

I received a bedroom set as a gift from Jordan’s about a year ago. The set was lovely the delivery was atrocious. The main driver arrived a door down from the entrance of my building and had a fit when I let him know he wasn’t at the correct entrance. Once he and his team finished going back and forth about the door they finally got the furniture into my unit and slammed it together they left in a huff (the lead/driver mainly). I recently realized the headboard was a little wobbly and went to go tighten it when I noticed they installed it like jerks. Ignoring the holes placed for the screws and placing them where they saw it fit at the time. The screws are coming out of the back of the headboard and are jammed in the wood on a slant. I’m afraid to fix it as the wood may split and create a bigger issue. Though I do appreciate the gift, I DO NOT appreciate the Jordan’s delivery team or their work.

My shopping experience at Jordan’s was first rate. I had done research before I made an appointment to see a furniture consultant so I had a good idea of what I wanted. My consultant was knowledgeable and efficient. Jordan’s had the piece I wanted to see, and I was able to place a special order for exactly what I wanted. The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and organized. Altogether, this was one of the best shopping experiences I have had in years. So much better than on-line shopping!
