We ordered a sectional from them last year (late 2025), and from the beginning the experience was frustrating. The sectional was not installed correctly during delivery, and one section did not fit properly. After communications, they finally agreed that a replacement piece needed to be ordered. When the replacement piece was delivered, the delivery team dropped part of the couch and severely gouged our newly installed hardwood floors. At first, the movers denied causing the damage, but after I pointed out that the couch had been dropped directly where the scratches were located, they admitted fault and apologized. I contacted the store immediately, and they told me to obtain three repair estimates so they could “take care of it.” I did exactly that. Two estimates were between approximately $1,500–$1,700. One estimate only showed around $492 because it included labor only and did not include materials. We specifically informed them of this and explained that the flooring materials would need to be purchased separately from the manufacturer because the flooring brand is proprietary and cannot be sourced directly by the contractor. The materials were always going to be an additional charge beyond that estimate. Despite being fully aware of this, the owner chose to issue a check for only the lowest incomplete estimate and then refused to discuss the matter further. When I explained that the payment would not even cover the materials needed to repair the damage they caused, I was told they were “not moving forward anymore.” I attempted multiple times to speak directly with the owner, but the staff would not provide his name or connect me with him. There was absolutely no accountability or effort to make the situation right. We purchased furniture from this company, and their delivery team damaged our home. Instead of standing behind their service and taking full responsibility, they chose to underpay the claim and ignore the customer. At this point, it honestly feels like customer service and accountability are no longer a priority there. I have heard rumors that the business may be closing, and if that is true, this experience certainly reflects a company that no longer seems to care about taking care of its customers. Very disappointing experience overall.

Recently purchased a gorgeous navy blue recliner sofa, we get so many compliments on the color and comfort. Great selections and the service. Tom (the Manager) is friendly and very knowledgeable. Went back to buy this awesome rug that compliments the room and sofa and add pop to the room. All on Toms recommendation! You won’t be disappointed.

I purchased a Himolla sandpiper 360 swivel recliner in top grain blue leather. It is very comfortable when you lean back it becomes a recliner with the pop up head rest and stainless star base. Bill Kaiser and John Silvio were amazingly welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I also purchased the Omnia, Bellini Denver Snow, all powered head/ foot recliner sofa with chrome legs. It's beyond comfortable!! I highly recommend the Leather Gallery and Bedding Center which is next to Phillippi Creek Oyster Bar on Tamiami. The entire team is extremely friendly and helpful from Gab at the front to the delivery team. The entire staff was amazing!!

Not surprised they’re going out of business. They scratched our floor when moving in a large couch. The movers denied it for two seconds and then admitted it. Then we were told to submit three quotes for repair, we did with a note that one of the quotes came in two pieces (one for labor and one for materials). The owner, Bruce, cut a check for labor alone for that quote. That was that. No one would help us or speak with us. We are taking them to small claims court. Also, a priceless moment was when the woman who works there wouldn’t tell us Bruce’s last name, she said she couldn’t give that information. It’s literally in their website and Facebook and all over public pages. Great job keeping public information private and being difficult to work with.

Recently I purchased 2 of the Fjord leather recliner chairs & I am so happy with them! They fit in my sun room perfectly, but most importantly they are very high quality leather & extremely comfortable. My sales consultant, Doug, provided me with the best service & I highly recommend you ask for him. He is very knowledgeable about all their furniture, along with being very professional. I will definitely be going back for future furniture purchases.
