We worked with Tatiana at the S Tamiami Trl store and this woman was so helpful! Myself, my husband and my young daughter went in with a vague idea of what we wanted and she filled in the gaps for us effortlessly. The amount of knowledge she had for each piece we were interested in was top notch. We will be back when we are ready to tackle the other rooms. Highly recommend asking for Tatiana if you visit this store, she is the best.

Tatiana at the Sarasota location was amazing! She was so patient with us as we came back multiple times to validate our selections prior to placing the order. We were furnishing multiple rooms (bedroom, living room, dining and kitchen tables) so needed to do a lot of carrying swatches and pieces back-and-forth to make sure everything worked together per our vision. We will definitely use Tatiana when we furnish other rooms in the condo.

I went in to this Rooms To Go yesterday, anticipating that I would have to spend a lot of time shopping. Was I wrong! I was helped by Marty Byler, a more than capable sales associate. I told her what I was looking for and my price range, and she made it happen. Marty was knowledgeable, personable, and most important for me, not pushy! Looking for a new mattress, spent time checking websites, magazine articles and personal recommendations. Went to a few stores to learn the features of the various mattress we were looking at. Rooms to go had a nice sale going on with one of the brands we were considering. Meet with our sales person who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in describing the features and options of the bed. Decided to go to one more store, but quickly decided that the hard sell did not work for us. Went back to RTG and purchased the mattress from our sales men Christian. Great experience.
