Legacy Furniture in Klamath Falls Oregon is the BEST furniture store I have EVER encountered. Their highly professional and courteous staff always strive to provide services and products of outstanding quality. Accounting is always correct. A special shout out and thanks to Matt! Delivery and warranty service is prompt, careful and excellent. We have been doing business with Kenny Padilla and his companies over 35 years. Klamath Falls is blessed to have Legacy and Bedroom Gallery! Jewel and Jesse
View on GoogleWe had an amazing experience at Legacy Furniture, and a huge part of that was thanks to Garrett! From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never pushy—just genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us to options that fit our style and budget perfectly. Garrett made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all our questions and making sure we felt confident in our purchase. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. If you’re shopping at Legacy Furniture, definitely ask for Garrett—you won’t be disappointed! We’ll absolutely be coming back because of him.
View on GoogleWe went to Legacy Furniture and had a great experience. We went to buy furniture for a new house and were able to find everything we were looking for. They have a huge selection to choose from and our sales associate, Matt was awesome. He was very helpful and honest and answered all of our questions. We will definitely shop there for future needs and highly recommend.
View on GoogleI recieved help from Garrett, he was really helpful. I have an injured back and he knew exactly what bed to point me towards. He gave me a few options and I chose the one I liked the best. Legacy Furniture is the best furniture store I have shopped at. I am very happy with my decision.
View on GoogleGarrett was very professional, patient and helpful. We were able to look around without pressure. He would come and check on us to see if we had any questions but didn’t linger causing pressure. We had not purchased a sofa in about 15 years, things are so different now, but the experience was still excellent.
