Zero hassle for the entire purchase process. Salesman was helpful, friendly and didn't hover, so I was able to browse freely without any pressure. Once I made my selections the checkout was quick and easy. Highly suggest shopping with Levin for all your home furnishings. Quality furniture at great prices!

We went to Leven in Niles and as we walked in, we were greeted very quickly and friendly. From there we were in there about 15 minutes and we walked out very satisfied and happy with our purchase of two leather recliners sofas. Can't wait to get them. Delivery is in a few days. All of the employees are so very nice and helpful. They worked as a team. Thank you so much for all your help today.

This was the easiest furniture shopping experience by far. My husband and stopped in to just "browse". The first couch we sat on was the winner. Billy, came over introduced himself, told us a little about the couch and said if we had any questions he would be around. He did not pressure, or hoover around us. Let us look at our leisure. We talked with Billy before we left the store, got prices on the items of interest. We walked back into the store today, Billy greeted us by our names, we chatted a bit and he wrote up our order. So very easy. An excellent shopping experience. I would recommend Billy if you are in the market for new furniture! Thanks Billy for your easy going personality and making this a hassle free experience.

Levin Furniture was superior in helping me order a piece of furniture that another local furniture store could not order. Rachel, the salesperson who handled this transaction, was extremely helpful, communicative, professional, and polite. I will definitely return to Levin for my future furniture needs. Their prices are amazing, too!
