Levin Furniture and Mattress Oakwood Village

I found a great couch for a reasonable price in the clearance section. Levin outsources their delivery service. My only complaint is not with the store. The sales associate Carol was helpful & pleasant. Unfortunately there was some error with the time of delivery. I spoke with him by phone at the store. He told me between 4-6p the day after purchase. Which wad perfect because I work until 330. The day of delivery i texted him to confirm time & price. He said on his paperwork the store put between 2p & 4p and that is what he was planning. I told him we spoke on the phone & I wouldn't have accepted that time because I would be at work. He seemed annoyed but said 4 was fine. He was there at 4 but made a point to tell me that it messed up his schedule. He said he worked for Levin for 17 yrs and this stiff always hsppens. The interaction with a paying customer was not appropriate to me.

Michelle couldn’t have been more helpful to our needs. She understood completely what we needed and made sure that we found it. She researched all of questions and found answers to questions we didn’t even think of! What a positive experience in this busy time.

Dan was exceptional!! Very friendly, professional and genuine, with integrity and no high pressure selling. He truly listened to my needs, showed me several options and helped me to find a quality love seat/sectional within my budget. A true blessing! I highly recommend. After delivery- it looks PERFECT!!!

ordered a mattress and set up delivery for a week later. I was told I would get a phone call with confirmation of a time for delivery. day before delivery comes and no call, no text. late afternoon I call the store and the rep said I should have received something by now. after looking into it she said something was off with the system and she wasn't sure what was going on. couldn't give me a definite answer about when my mattress was coming. finally got a response saying the mattress was scheduled to come a day later. - fine. next day comes and still no correspondence as to time frame. I yet again call, and was told it was supposed to be delivered the day before (which was initial delivery date) I was very frustrated that no one seemed to know what was going on or why the mattress wasn't being delivered. I felt that if I hadn't kept calling to find out what was going on I would have just been waiting for a mattress that wasn't coming. Finally after speaking to probably TEN different reps within the couple days, I spoke to a very nice manager at the oakwood branch who seemed very apologetic and actually wanted to help, she even offered me a small refund for the trouble. She set it up for someone to call me next day to get it taken care of. Finishing it off.. no one called me, I had to call into the store to speak to yet again, another manager. He insisted the mattress was going to be delivered the following week. Which it was, however never received the refund promised even after I sent a follow up email to the salesperson who sold us the bed. OVERALL I WOULD NOT recommend purchasing from levin. which is unfortunate because I used to get most of our furniture from there. This will be the last. only upside is the delivery team was very respectful and took great care in delivery.

My sales associate, Frankie, made my purchase effortless. She was friendly and helpful but also gave me space to make my decision. I found an awesome deal in the clearance section, and my product pick up was also great. The gentlemen in the warehouse were professional and kind during the paperwork process and while they loaded the purchase into my car. I was thrilled with the whole experience from start to finish and would highly recommend.
