Levin Furniture and Mattress The Pointe

I had an awesome experience at Levin's today. The furniture is beautiful and Dan is the best! He explained everything in detail and was a true expert helping me with customizations. I couldn't be happier with my experience and my new living room furniture!

We bought a bedroom dresser and chest from Amy. The whole experience was top notch. Amy was very friendly and didn’t pressure us at all, and showed us all of the options that we had. We ended up purchasing the same day we looked at the pieces, and in less than a week, they arrived at our home. The delivery crew was also top notch. They were skilled and friendly, even taking their shoes off before coming into our home. I have always had a great experience with Levin, and this one was no exception. That’s the quality and experience you get at Levin-friendly people, great service, and quality furniture!

Visited the Robinson Pa location looking for a new dining table set. Daniel assisted us in this. What a pleasant experience. His honesty and non pressure approach was more then I could of asked for. In fairness we did look at other showrooms down the road, but, their aggressive approach, and lack of merchandise and constant hovering made us return to Levins. Daniel was fantastic.

My latest experience with Levin was great. The sales person Zachary was great to work with. I purchased Amish dining room furniture and Zachary was very knowledgeable about the products. He also wasn't pushy while we were making up our minds. I definitely will look for his help when making my next purchase

Furniture and warranties sold at this place are junk and worthless. Misled by salesman and store manager. Customer service and follow up was non existent. I would say go somewhere else and spend your hard earned money. I know I wasted several thousand here a little more than a year ago and won’t make that mistake ever again. Buyer Beware!
