The Original Mattress Factory

These guys are the best, hands down. Everything from the sales process to the delivery was seamless, professional, honest, and excellent. Special shout out to Chris and Terrell for making delivery so easy and being so courteous and professional. This place operates the way more businesses should. You’ve got a new lifetime customer!

The Original Mattress Factory is my go-to manufacturer for top quality mattresses. My local sales representative was highly knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and entered my order in a few minutes. The delivery scheduling was easy, communication about the delivery time was efficient and precise. The delivery crew arrived exactly on time, was very friendly, careful and respectful. Overall a very pleasant purchase and delivery service experience. Last but not least, this is the only mattress brand that I will ever buy. Hometown manufactured, best quality in the market, these mattresses last forever (remember to flip and turn them as instructed) and are the most comfortable and durable product I have come across. The entire family sleeps on OMF mattresses, and we will stick with this great brand in the future. The price is right, and they feature better materials, better construction and last longer than the so-called name brands. Highly recommended.

Sales team was great. No high pressure sales. Complete information on delivery. The mattress was delivered in less than a week and the delivery team was great, friendly and professional. Mattress is very comfortable. My only complaint is the smell from the new filling. We went away for a couple of days to let it air out and the smell seems to be dissipating and I am hoping that it will be gone soon. If it were not for the smell, I would have given a rating of 5

We easily selected a mattress from the Robinson store with excellent help in store. Unfortunately we had some hick-ups with the delivery and set up. The frame was not put together well. When we realized this, the store argued with us about our concerns but eventually sent another crew out to take the frame apart and assembled it properly. We love our mattress it is our 3rd Original Mattress product, but I don't appreciate the effort we had to make to get them to address our delivery concerns.

This is our 4th bed we bought from here. Recently bought a full hybrid foam/spring. Excellent quality. Very comfortable. Great for my teenager. He loves it. Saleswoman was very nice. Fast delivery time. Quick, easy set up from the delivery men. Thank you!
