My local sales representative was highly knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and entered my order in a few minutes. The delivery scheduling was easy, communication about the delivery time was efficient and precise. The delivery crew arrived exactly on time, was very friendly, careful and respectful. Overall a very pleasant purchase and delivery service experience. Last but not least, this is the only mattress brand that I will ever buy. Hometown manufactured, best quality in the market, these mattresses last forever (remember to flip and turn them as instructed) and are the most comfortable and durable product I have come across. The entire family sleeps on OMF mattresses, and we will stick with this great brand in the future. The price is right, and they feature better materials, better construction and last longer than the so-called name brands. Highly recommended.

The mattress was delivered in less than a week and the delivery team was great, friendly and professional. Mattress is very comfortable. My only complaint is the smell from the new filling. We went away for a couple of days to let it air out and the smell seems to be dissipating and I am hoping that it will be gone soon. If it were not for the smell, I would have given a rating of 5
View on GoogleWe easily selected a mattress from the Robinson store with excellent help in store. Unfortunately we had some hick-ups with the delivery and set up. The frame was not put together well. When we realized this, the store argued with us about our concerns but eventually sent another crew out to take the frame apart and assembled it properly. We love our mattress it is our 3rd Original Mattress product, but I don't appreciate the effort we had to make to get them to address our delivery concerns.
