Lilys Furniture and Mattress

Lilly was very helpful with finding us a lumbar supportive mattress for our son at a fair price. She brought our mattress to us this evening as part of her service. We had a excellent experience with this business and plan to shop there again.

Called them she answered I asked if they had twin mattresses in store she said yes I asked what the pricing was like, she asked for what size… I said twin again. She asked me to repeat so I did and was hung up on. Called back twice and went to voicemail. They hate their customers or even potential ones. I’ll just order from Amazon lol.

Lily’s has provided a great customer experience from beginning to end for each purchase we have made for my parents in the last year, and at reasonable prices too! I can’t imagine getting this kind of service (for the same price) at the chain stores; they were so helpful in making a selection within budget and delivered the furniture the day it was purchased. Lily is the best. We found a nice couch on Facebook and met Lily at her store. She had a bunch of other items we also wanted. I recommend visiting the store because there's a lot of great items for less than you would pay elsewhere

I purchased a reclining, living room suite from Lily’s. Upon pickup, Lily’s realized they didn’t have the sofa but an extra chair instead. I didn’t want the chair and Lily’s agreed to order the sofa but said it would take time. Well, it did take time - about a month, but it was worth it. I love my new furniture - good product for a good price and attractive too! Lily’s went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied and I am. Thank you, Lily’s Furniture! Yes, I recommend this business and would patronize Lily’s again.
