We recently purchased a bed that cost $4500 and the experience was decent so we thought we would come back and purchase two chairs. The chairs we liked were on the showroom floor yet only 1 was in stock and they said they were discontinued. Because we wanted 2 chairs exactly alike I asked if we could purchase the floor model at a discount. The sales person informed me that he could sell it to me but has to charge me full price even when it has been used and sat in 1000 times and they verified that only 1 chair was available in the warehouse. I don’t understand how this is good business practices when a customer comes in to spend additional money on chairs and then we walk out not spending a dime when they could have sold me the one chair at full price and the floor model for a discounted price. Even $100 off the sale price would have done the trick for me to purchase both chairs. It’s like they could care less about selling things and would rather stick to a full price rather than discounting anything to make money. Now I will never come back and go to one of their competitor to spend that money. How is that good business practices and good customer service. I was told the store manager never will discount an item even in a scenario like this. I doubt I would ever return to this store to buy anything. NFM doesn’t do this and will see you floor models at a discounted price so it seems pretty common. policy. Buyer beware

We walked in looking for living room furniture and were honestly blown away by how well we were treated. From the second we stepped through the door, we were greeted immediately. Multiple staff members came over asking if we needed help, and they actually meant it. They were super quick to assist, answered every question we had, and even took the time to walk us through the setup details on the sofas we were looking at. No rushing us, no attitude, just genuine help the whole way through. The entire process felt quick and seamless. We found exactly what we were looking for without any hassle. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone furniture shopping. They actually made it enjoyable.

I was impressed by the wide selection of all kinds of furniture; sofas, chairs, desks, tables, beds, outdoor furniture etc. Store seems to have varying price range from lower to higher price point. I would recommend checking this place out. Also their delivery options are amazing! From free to white glove for only $100! Staff was friendly and helpful without being overbearing or pressuring.

The delivery people are very nice, but I'm missing an important part of my couch. I'll update when/if? the rest of it gets here... not impressed so far with my purchase from here and don't recommend them to others... 5 days later... still missing part of my couch and no update on where it is or when it might arrive. Just that it's coming from California. I've reached out to Living Spaces again for an update.

The prices are amazingly low for a lot of the items. A reclining love seat with storage space and holders for glasses in between the seats, and very nice coverings for $550. That's far cheaper than any similar piece I had looked at. The staff was friendly, thorough and helpful.
