The price was exceptional and customer service was above standard!!! Ben was extremely helpful in helping me choose a mattress for my needs. He let me try out SEVERAL before choosing one and his knowledge of the different types of mattress was insightful!!! Thank you so much Ben ❤️❤️
View on GoogleThis was the best experience I’ve had in shopping for a new mattress. I wasn’t pressured and was given time to decide what I wanted. The bed I chose is fabulous and sleeps like a dream. Ben was very informative about the products he had available and was a great help with choosing a mattress. I would definitely recommend Kansas City Mattress to anyone looking for a new mattress.
View on GoogleBen is super amazing he listens, he was very patient with me and very professional he explained to me what mattress has what and what they were good for superior service and the 90 days same as cash with the low cost of the mattresses/box springs then they have a delivery company that you can use like Uber unfortunately there site was down yesterday so Ben himself hand delivered it to me and took time out of his day! I slept so well last night in my new bed and didn't wake up super sore like I normally do! Thank you Ben to the amazing service I have already given the store information out to 3 people. I have tenants that I will refer to here as well. Excellent exceptional and also fast but not rushed.
