Woooooow I am so blessed to have ran into this company. The service was amazing. Hector made sure I was going to walk away with the couch I really wanted. He was amazing and straight forward. I got my couch delivered the NEXT day!!! The delivery team (mike and Tee) were AMAZING, friendly, professional, quick, and handled my furniture gently. I will definitely get something else from lone star. Thank you guys.

The entire staff was , very helpful and welcoming. I received my furniture and it was set up in a timely manner, when there was one hiccup it was corrected and compensated to my surprise!! Thank you so much, I really appreciated everything!!!

Highly disappointed in my purchase. At first I was happy but I’ve only had my tv and furniture for 8 months, not even a year, and it’s falling apart. Both the tv and furniture. It’s just not good quality at all. The Samsung tv screen is falling out the bezel on right side. The couch looks perfect until you see it close up and it’s coming apart and the ottoman screws are falling out and won’t stay in. The Velcro is falling off on the couch as well. The tv stand was assembled incorrectly when purchased so I had to fix that then the screws are falling out of that as well and there was some of the pieces that hold the shelves up missing. If you want something that last longer then one year id go somewhere else. The customer service was good when buying but that was it.

Josh was amazing. He was extremely helpful when my husband I was trying to find a matress. We have been to several other places to check for what we were looking for, and lonestar matress had it all ! Thanks, Josh. we appreciate all you did for us today !
