Mark and Juan Carlos, they have a great sense of humor. Both of them are very communicative with the customer and are respectful of them. MARK AND JUAN CARLOS hope to see y’all soon. This furniture store is fortunate to have Josh working for them. He is a generous and helpful person who helps the customer with their purchase.

He was amazing and straight forward. I got my couch delivered the NEXT day!!! The delivery team (mike and Tee) were AMAZING, friendly, professional, quick, and handled my furniture gently. I will definitely get something else from lone star. Thank you guys.

View on GoogleHighly disappointed in my purchase. At first I was happy but I’ve only had my tv and furniture for 8 months, not even a year, and it’s falling apart. Both the tv and furniture. It’s just not good quality at all. The Samsung tv screen is falling out the bezel on right side. The couch looks perfect until you see it close up and it’s coming apart and the ottoman screws are falling out and won’t stay in. The Velcro is falling off on the couch as well. The tv stand was assembled incorrectly when purchased so I had to fix that then the screws are falling out of that as well and there was some of the pieces that hold the shelves up missing. If you want something that last longer then one year id go somewhere else. The customer service was good when buying but that was it.
