We had one of the best customer service experiences in our lives. She went so far and above what would be expected for a business owner. She graciously met us at her store when she should’ve been closed to help us get our waterbed. She threw an extra stuff. She answered multiple calls on her own time to help us get our bed set up. You need a waterbed, air bed, or futon, this is a place to go. Period.

Amanda was great and helped me get a great mattress for my new Japanese setup in my room.

We just recently updated are downstairs area Wanted to make a big change from what we had I located this place on Internet And it was awesome Amanda had us taken care of us And in no time We just knew we were at the Right Futon place . She educated us on how to size, use, assemble, and maintain our new Strata Futon. She also assisted in selecting the proper mattress, cover, pillows, and accessories. She personally helped us pack and load our truck for our drive back to Louisiana. She has a huge selection of beautiful and innovative products that you can test out and take home if in stock.
