Long's Mattress Greenfield

The entire process of purchasing my new queen size bed through Longs mattress company has been OUTSTANDING from beginning to end! The sales man was not pushy at all, and answered all of my questions very clearly and concisely. He was very patient, and knowledgeable. The delivery men were very prompt, respectful, and friendly. I wish every company was as easy to deal with as Longs!!!! I give them 12 stars out of 10. I am sure that I’m going to love my new bed. Many thanks, Longs!!!

We went into the store needing a new mattress but very cautious about the high pressure sales pitches you can get from mattress shopping. The sales associate Chris was very knowledgeable and welcoming without trying to sell us anything we didn't need. He even let out 3 year old play on the remote control adjustable beds as my wife and I tried different mattresses. We were about to go somewhere else to do some price shopping and he even encouraged us to do that. After considering these mattresses are made locally and competitively priced, we decided to purchase a mattress we liked knowing they would work with us if there were any issues. Thanks to Longs mattress for an easy and reliable shopping experience!

I came into Long’s Mattress store not expecting to buy anything, as I am moving out of state soon. But I wanted to see some mattresses just to get a sense of what to expect when I arrive in my new city. Chris was super helpful and informative, despite knowing I wouldn’t be a prospective customer. He taught me what to avoid when I am ready to purchase a mattress, in addition to what qualities to search for that would support my needs in a new mattress. He enthusiastically researched some potential stores I might check out that would offer good mattresses at fair prices. I’ve had some anxiety about making such a large purchase, as the internet is filled with information I feel skeptical about. It was really nice to have some professional input from an individual I felt was very trustworthy. Chris was just a super nice guy and I’m writing this review because I’m very grateful for the time he spent educating me about their products and the industry as a whole. I’ll be sending my local friends and family to him in the future. I’ll add, I’ve purchased 2 beds in the past, and I was very impressed with the quality of the mattresses at the price points they offered!

We had an excellent experience purchasing a new mattress set at Long’s Mattress. We really appreciated the low pressure sales and the knowledge of the employee. Delivery was fast with great service. We are very pleased with our new king mattress set.

Posted for a friend Absolutely thrilled with the kindness and excellent service we received today at Long's Mattress in Greenfield, IN. We got exactly what we needed for a price we could afford!! Chris was truly accommodating as we shopped for a mattress for a platform bed. Appreciated the fact that not only were we buying "American", we were buying "Made in Indiana!!" Felt so good! Would recommend this place to anyone shopping for a great bedding buy!!
