Comfort Option - Custom Mattresses, Made at Your House.

My wife and I purchased a King mattress from Comfort Option 3 months ago and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We found Comfort Option through Reddit and glad we went this route. I prefer a firmer mattress while my wife likes a more cloud like feel so I was skeptical we would find a mattress that would work for both of us. We took the online mattress test to find a fit and it was correct on the first try! The mattress arrived quickly and you can tell the quality is superb. Most foam mattress have a horrible off gassing smell to them when they are unrolled, but our Comfort Option didn't have that at all - and I am very sensitive to smells. Outstanding customer service all around from answering questions prior to ordering, fast fulfillment and shipping.

My wife and I purchased our Comfort Option King mattress almost a month ago and so far, we love it! It is much more comfortable than our traditional mattress, but more importantly, the customization process is truly unique and gives you an opportunity to try several variations of the mattress in the comfort of your own home. We found the perfect mattress for us in our living room! Special shout out to Nathan and Ian, who were very patient and accommodating and who offered to build and install our new mattress for us on the spot. They have also followed up with us following the sale to make sure we are happy. We highly recommend for the excellent product and especially the unique and consistent customer service.

Best mattress EVER! You will not regret purchasing a mattress here. I have a very bad back and this is the only mattress I can sleep on night after night. Besides all that, I manage 21 airbnbs and we use Comfort Option mattresses in all our rentals. Guests just love them! You will too! :)

I recently ordered the Medium Alpha mattress from Comfort Option. Their team reached out right away to confirm my choices and had my brand new, built on demand mattress to me in a matter of just a few days. My husband and I love it! We are sleeping better than we have in years, and waking up without the aches and pains we thought we were going to live with forever. We are absolutely thrilled with our investment, and highly recommend Comfort Option.

My husband and I appreciated the care we received from start to finish of choosing our mattress. Through the detailed process we ended with the Flex2 and have loved our new mattress. I have had some back trouble in the past and the Flex2 has been perfect for me. We were very impressed with the white glove delivery and the customer service provided by the sales team. Thank you Comfort Option!! We will definitely be recommending you to our friends and family.
