Bought a recliner from here back in April, the process was great and fairly priced. Last week when attempting to recline in the chair, the chair went all the way back and hit the ground, I call Sunday and was told the individual I need to speak with is on vacation and that “I will have them call you back on Wednesday when they return” ok great! Fast forward to today when I call back because I had yet to receive any further communication. I ask why I hadn’t received the call back that I was told I would receive? I was met with a crappy attitude. Telling me the individual had been on vacation, then transferred me to her personal line where of course no one answered. Left a voice mail and still have not received a call back to discuss this issue. I’m not sure why there avoiding having to deal with this warranty issue but this total avoidance is not tolerated well by me. Good luck!
