Sleep Number

We purchased a Sleep Number bed at the store in Kokomo, Indiana. Our sales person was Nikki and she made our experience so enjoyable! She helped us learn about the different kind of mattresses and narrow it down to what we really wanted. Her knowledge and experience made everything clear and her sense of humor made it fun. Thank you, Nikki! I’m sure we’ll love our new bed.

Best experience in finding our new bed. Ernie was extremely helpful with all the details we needed to make our purchase. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new bed.

Nikki was so nice and easy to work with. Her knowledge of all the products was incredible. She made our shopping experience a real joy.

Nikki was very knowledgeable about the beds. She was very pleasant and was not at all pushy to sell a bed. She gave us privacy to discuss before we made our decision. And made sure we received all the discounts that we could get. It was fun working with her.

We had an outstanding experience at Sleep Number in Kokomo thanks to Jody. From the moment we started the conversation, she was kind, knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and most of all, put up with my weird quirks and corny jokes. She also took the time to listen to our concerns, walked us through the entire process step by step, and made sure every question we had was answered clearly. She made sure we weren’t going to purchase something we didn’t like. She helped us narrow down our choices and helped us pick out the perfect bed that had everything we were looking for while keeping us in within our budget. What stood out most was her genuine care and professionalism—she made us feel like a valued customer, not just another visitor to the store. She allowed us to take our time to make the best decision for us. It’s rare these days to receive such personalized and thorough support, and Jody went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Thank you, Jody, for your 5-star service—you’re a true asset to the Sleep Number team! We highly recommend this store to an anyone with sleep accessory needs.
