Lux Furniture Gallery

I bought these beautiful five pieces of Bassett leather furniture from Lux. I absolutely love them. They were so fantastic to work with and the delivery guy even shoveled the snow from my walkway to deliver the furniture. Exceptional quality, exceptional service!!

We love Lux Furniture Gallery in Herndon, VA!! Don’t hesitate to shop here!!! My husband Martin and I have bought 32 pieces of furniture from them for practically every room over the last 5 years!!! They have great sales people who are low key, but very helpful when you need help. We feel the prices are great because they sell beautiful quality solid furniture pieces that will last forever! Customer service is always excellent along with their delivery and set up. They have great communication when you order a piece, too. We moved an hour away recently and they were still willing to deliver to us!! We just ordered 2 beautiful cherry bookcases and a cherry desk. They have a variety of furniture to suit every style, even ours which is more of the vintage look. Their website is easy to navigate and they pick up the phone quickly with your questions. They also do financing to suit every budget. We are forever grateful to Ali, Matt and Sam for always going above and beyond to make our home feel luxurious!! We are grateful our loving Lord Jesus pointed us to Lux Furniture Gallery in Herndon.

LUX Furniture – Customer Experience Review I recently had an exceptional experience at LUX Furniture, and I would like to recognize Matt for his outstanding service. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Matt was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right chair. I was particularly interested in the Fjords Rome, and Matt took the time to thoroughly explain its features, comfort design, power options, and warranty coverage. He patiently answered all of my questions and helped me understand the differences between configurations without any pressure to make a quick decision. His knowledge of the product and attention to detail made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Furniture shopping can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Matt made it easy. I truly appreciated his professionalism, patience, and dedication to customer satisfaction. I left feeling confident in my purchase and grateful for such a positive experience. I highly recommend LUX Furniture and especially Matt to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service. PS ALL the sales reps where great! Sincerely, Christine Shelton
