Mattress Warehouse of Herndon

We were looking to buy a queen and a full mattress. Sadaf and Kiren were both very helpful assisting us what we were feeling comfortable with and what we could afford. They gave us ample amount of time to compare several mattresses and every time we asked about the prices (the original price and the discounted price after the sale) they happily helped. Explained cons and pros of each type of mattress and helped us select the best one knowing our physical conditions and our budget. Had several types of mattress protective sheets and pillows and Sadaf took her time to let us know the best available options that came with each mattress and made sure we were happy with our purchases. For the delivary date and time: I received an email, two texts and two calls during the day before and the day of delivary. Very polite delivery guys, one point to mention: when we asked the delivary guys to put on shoe covers, they said they don't have and we should have asked the store to arrange that ! We are loving our mattresses, thanks Sadaf and Kiren.

Wonderful experience. Sadaf was patient and extremely Knowledgeable. She took her time and explained everything but also really listened to what we wanted in terms of quality and price. Not pushy at all. We were able to get an amazing mattress and adjustable foundation while keeping in our budget. Very very happy!!

We had a great experience at the store today and Sadaf was extremely helpful, transparent and informative without upselling us, but really focused on our comfort and what we were looking for. Invested in 2 great mattresses and a pillow with how well she she explained and showed us all the options. We are beyond satisfied with her customer service!

I had a great experience at this mattress store! From the moment I arrived, they were ready to welcome me and my mother, even opened the door for us, which made a great first impression. The customer service was excellent, and Sadaf Mirza was so kind and welcoming. She was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of our questions, and never made me feel rushed. She helped me find the right adjustable base, and I ended up leaving with two! I really appreciate her professionalism and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress or an adjustable base.

This was horrible. The lady was said to her about bed frames from the moment we walked in. No bed frame was ordered! The Twin xl mattress is thick enough to be a piece of paper. No way this was anything like what I tried in the store. Just a piece of paper thrown on top of my box springs. My mattress cover doesn't even fit it! Ridiculous response to my complaints to the store! Pitiful!
