Super friendly staff, manager got called just to answer our specific questions and he showed up in less than 15 minutes. Everyone was very helpful, there was a very wide range of selections here. Prices were great, furniture was top notch, and choices were endless
View on GoogleHIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I just want to say moving and getting furniture is extremely stressful. While on IG I seen a post from Don about his furniture and was instantly amazed. I live near the Broad st location so I decided to check it out. As soon as I walked in all I could say was WOW! All the items were absolutely beautiful! I was greeted but not rushed or pressured to make a purchase. They asked me if I liked some pieces and did offer it in other colors and options. It just made everything easy and seamless. I’m not an easy person to deal with because I’m so picky and I went to all 3 of the locations MULTIPLE times but I knew Luxury Furniture was the place I was getting my furniture from. I worked with Liz & Cynthia who are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you both so much for dealing with me 🫣 I wound up purchasing my dining room table, living room set, dresser, night stand and 2 rugs! Also, want to say thank you to Don and your delivery guys for such a smooth delivery & I will be back soon!

The staff were very helpful and made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Delivery was prompt and well-handled. I’m very satisfied and will surely shop here again!
View on GoogleMy experience with ms. Gloria was rhe most enjoyable . She is super friendly and helpful.. full of excitement and laughter.. She made me feel relaxed and very comfortable. View on GoogleGloria took care of business! Quick stop by the store on black Friday, picked out three pieces, had a slight hiccup on delivery, but still came through, keeping her and the business's word on the busiest day of the year!! Even came and delivered after her delivery team's working hours, who showed up professional, worked quickly, and were fantastic to work with! Ignore the handful of negatives; this is a small business with a big heart for its customers! Will do business again for sure!
