Bill was amazing. He was not pushy nor bombarding. That is what made this so much fun. This place is better than Ashley and better than any other funiture store within a 1hr radius north, south east or west. Thanks for listening to our needs Bill. We just moved her from South Carolina and we will be doing most of our business at this location due to the understanding and kindness Bill showed us.

Edit: I am adding pictures and screenshots. To address the delivery, we had cleared out the entire side of the room where the sectional was to be placed. While there was another piece of furniture on the other side of the room, it was not in the way. Also, I have since received a text stating that the seams are not covered under the warranty, but the casings were sent as a "courtesy"; however, we are in fact responsible for the replacement. Again, this was first brought to their attention in November. It is now the last week in February, and they think gaslighting me into believing I’m being done a courtesy is outrageous. Original post: I truly wish I could write a better review, because our previous experiences with Haynes Furniture were positive. We had purchased furniture before and were very happy with both the service and delivery. That’s exactly why we returned when it was time to buy a new couch. The in-store experience was great; the selection was decent and the sales associates were helpful. Unfortunately, everything after that has been incredibly frustrating. The delivery team left our sectional unassembled and still wrapped in shipping materials, claiming there wasn’t enough room to assemble it. Instead of offering to send the delivery team back to properly unpack and assemble the six sections, the only solution offered was a refund of the delivery fee. My husband and I were forced to assemble the entire couch ourselves. Less than six months after delivery, the seams on multiple cushions began pulling apart. We now have five separate holes in the couch with stuffing coming out. I contacted the service department on November 28th to start the warranty process. Since then, I’ve had to reach out five additional times, including requesting a direct phone call to discuss the issue. I’ve received no updates, no call, and no real communication. Only excuses. Today, February 17th, two boxes of fabric were delivered to my home, with no explanation, leaving me to assume that I’m now somehow responsible for reupholstering my own couch. For the amount of money we paid, this experience is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor service handling, and disorganized warranty process have permanently pushed us away from ever considering another purchase from Haynes again.

Everything was great until my table came !!! Was told it was gonna take two weeks to get delivered miraculously is was there in a few days that was because they gave the table that was on display. It came broken with some pieces were chipped. The part that got me mad is the customer service. My salesperson Brian was wonderful to get the sale was frequently calling and updating me but once I got the table and sent him photos of damage product I haven’t heard anything from him no apologies or at least trying to fix the situation I feel like once he made his sale he no longer cared. I called the store and was told I would get a call back but never did just a horrible experience I would never return and Im mad I spent my money there wish I could get a refund Just Horrible

I’m probably spelling has name wrong but Youremy was excellent!! Even though he was assisting multiple customers he was very attentive to my needs. He was very patient and professional with lots of positive energy and sensible advice. I already LOVE to shop, my Retail Therapy, but I truly enjoyed my experience all the more thanks to Youremy! Got everything I came for at a great price!

Yomi is a wonderful associate. He gave me the space to look around on my own, was patient with all of my many questions, helped me measure, and gave me great tips on the products. I will def shop there again. I hope corporate is good to the staff, they’re great.
