Dan McDowell was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in getting a new mattress! He knew his merchandise so well and steered us in the right direction in choosing the right one for us! He communicated with us every step of the way about delivery. Dan was so gracious to give us a free pair of sheets to make up for any inconvenience about the delivery! This is one of the best businesses we have ever dealt with! Superb customer service. 10 +++ rating about the way he runs his business! What a pleasure!
