My experience with Furniture Warehouse was great from start to finish. My sales people were Julia and Adam. I spent a lot of time in person with Julia and she was very patient with me. On Julia’s day off, Adam stepped in to finish the sale and get my order turned in quickly. He ended up having to show me several pieces of furniture via phone and text and did it without hesitation. After my order was complete and paid for, I had a discrepancy with a piece of furniture I was receiving and Jordan, the manager, was able to ge it resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Their delivery people were very easy to work with and always did exactly what they said they were going to do. They showed up when they said they would! The furniture looks great!! I would highly recommend! (Picture of bedroom furniture is just a stock photo of the furniture that I purchased, but it turned out wonderful!)

She managed to mention all the pros and cons of each option and found the right model for me. The furniture was delivered on time and the quality is excellent. Love the recliner!

I came in to buy a mattress and she listened to my needs, helped me compare options, and gave me space to test several different mattresses so I could find the perfect one for me. The service was excellent and not pushy at all. I left feeling confident and excited about my new bed.
