Mancini's Sleepworld Union City

I recently purchased a mattress from’Mancini’s and spoke with Michael G. I would just like to mention how friendly, knowledgeable and professional Michael is. He truly knows the “mattress business” inside and out. Michael was a pleasure to deal with. He took his time and explained the pros and cons of each mattress that we looked at. I really appreciated his patient and helpful approach and in no way felt pressured into making any particular selection. He answered all my questions and concerns. The store offers a wide selection of products at very reasonable prices. .In the end my wife and I were very happy and satisfied with our purchase. All in all my experience was a very pleasurable one. I would not hesitate to recommend Mancini’s for any one who is in the market for a mattress.

It was long overdue for a new bed, and the salesman, Michael, made the process as smooth as possible. He was very knowledgeable and professional, answering all the questions we had, but also wasn’t pushy either. We landed on a bed both my partner and I agreed on and he gave us a pretty good deal on too. Delivery was fast and efficient. Guys came in and took about 10-15 minutes to set up the new bed and haul away the old one. We absolutely love our new bed and sleep so much better. 5 stars, easily.

I really appreciate the wonderful service your representative Bryan helped me with, he is excellent. He went above and beyond to meet my expectations and truly worked with me to get a great deal. I highly recommend anyone looking for a excellent deal on a very good quality matress go see Bryan in Union City California...you won't be disappointed!

Bryan provided us with excellent customer service! He provided great details on the mattresses and helped us pick out what we need. Thank you so much!

I had such a great experience at Mancini’s! I was greeted immediately when I walked in and helped right away, but in the best way, no pressure at all. I originally went in just looking for pillows… and somehow walked out with a new mattress and pillows 😂 The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to help me find what felt right without being pushy. Super smooth experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend if you want great service without the typical sales pressure! Big thanks to Bryan and Michael for all their help!!!!
