Mancini's Sleepworld Palo Alto

We were not happy with our original purchase (our fault not Mancini's). They were very helpful and understanding and provided us with new mattresses the following day. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Mancini’s had a lot of mattresses, so we were able to compare. Ray helped us understand which mattresses would be best for us, then let us try them and moved off to the side so we could discuss easily. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a mattress.

I wanted a matching chest for my bedroom set that I bought a few years ago. I went on to the mancinis site to see if I could find the piece. It wasn’t on the mancinis site but it was on the manufacturers website. I called the store and spoke to Raymond and shared the information of the chest and color I wanted it in. Raymond looked at what I had bought from his store records, contacted his purchasing department who created an item number for the product and Raymond got back to me quickly with a price and lead time. I completed the transaction seamlessly on my phone using SMS. The customer service and attention to detail were outstanding. Raymond was very easy to work with and thorough in all aspects of my asks and needs.

Raymond Chou was so helpful, informative, and generous with deals for our mattress purchase. The store has a tranquil ambience to alllow a good feel of the mattresses you’re trying.

Very pleasant overall but limited choice—only 2 sealy mattresses. I bought a beautyrest instead but it’s uncomfortable and I must return it. So far that process has gone smoothly.
