Manteo Furniture and Appliance/Manteo Furniture & Appliance

Top notch experience with Manteo! Emily S. was so helpful in assisting us with selections for setting up our new home with many helpful suggestions regarding durability in a rental, within our budget. Having the option to store our selections until closing on the house kept the process hassle and worry free. We were also super impressed with delivery- on time as promised and those guys worked hard on the set up (not to mention carrying a three piece sectional and a king bedroom suite up four flights of stairs!) and not a speck of styrofoam or packing material was left behind. We’ll definitely continue with Manteo for future furniture and appliance needs. Well done!

Amazing family run business. I have owned a home And kill Devil Hills North Carolina for 30 years. Worked with Manteo furnituure on appliances and furniture, amazing service trustworthy company. this is a company you can trust and rely upon for everything!!

Scott was very helpful and kind! He was a straight shooter, great honesty and clear communication. Their showroom was beautiful as well.

Buyers Beware!!! Good until something is wrong. Then they use the out of warranty excuse. Even if it’s days! Be careful on buying furniture upstairs. Couch we brought was garbage. Fabric started to pelt and their fix was shaving it. Who shaved furniture? And it returned within a couple weeks. This over a thousand dollar couch will never make it a year. Back cushions look like they have mumps with bunchy clumps. Very poor quality. And not in a rental.

Came rolling through town on a last minute look to see what was available with a sofa set (sleeper), as we were ready to pick up a non sleeper set at another store. We found the SAME EXACT set, as a sleeper, for not too much more. Very fair trade off. Carrie made the deal happen. When the furniture arrived at the house two days later, we had a slight issue with it and rather than dance around and figuring out how to address it, the store took ownership and issued a replacement...next DAY. Completely happy with the furniture side of the business, as we've already had a good experience with an appliance repair handled by them as well. Thank you!
