Mattress Warehouse of Nags Head - OBX Mall

We had an amazing experience thanks to Hank! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right mattress. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell he really knows his stuff and loves what he does. If you come here, definitely ask for Hank, he’s outstanding!

We visited the store, not really expecting to find what we were looking for, but found a great mattress at a very reasonable price. Adam helped us with evaluating several different brands and models, patiently explaining the aspects of each one. There were no high pressure tactics. We are very pleased with our purchase! Thanks Adam!

Everything at Mattress Warehouse in Nags Head is “above and beyond.” This store has a large number of floor models, so it’s easy to try every type of bed imaginable. They carry mattresses in every price point and comfort level. Their store is also very clean and well maintained, and they provide a “sleep napkin” to use on pillows for a sanitary experience! Their team is very knowledgeable and helpful in the selection process. And if they don’t know the answer, they will research it for you! Hank was wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions and even made phone calls to other associates to get some of our more difficult questions answered. Hank helped us to get the right bed for the money we were willing to spend for a restful sleep. And he was patient and kind, and not pushy in any way! I would highly recommend Mattress Warehouse in Nags Head to anyone looking to buy a mattress on the Outer Banks!

Hank did a great job of guiding me through the process of selecting just the right mattress for me. I appreciate his thoroughness and patience as we worked through all of the wonderful choices that were recommended. His guidance through the purchasing stage was appreciated as well.

Hank was super helpful in helping us choose a mattress and accessories. He got us the best price and set up delivery quickly. Great experience and will buy from them again.
