Mark's Mattress Outlet

Just to clarify the name is now Patti Midkiff, and I purchased platform for my client, Janice Pullins. Your salesman listened to the circumstances and medical/financial needs. He went above and beyond, made a couple of calls and was able to get us a deep discount on a floor model. Next I would like to speak to your delivery team. I only remember one of the names,Coyote, but both men were very professional and courteous. They were sincere and friendly with Jan and took time to answer her questions and allow her to try out the bed so it could be adjusted if necessary. She is not able to walk and cannot stand for longer than a minute that it takes to seat herself on bed. They also offered and put the box and frame just inside the garage . I would gladly give these fellas five stars as well. Thank you so very much. Jan served in the United States Army for 15 years before an injury forced her to retire. Thank you for recognizing our veterans.

This review is for the business and service I received. I haven’t fully vetted the product yet but I’m sure it’s going to be fine. Around a month ago I began my search for a new mattress. I did some online research and Marks was the first brick and mortar store I visited. JJ was awesome, I asked to see a good better and best selection for my particular body type and preferred sleeping position and temperature and he obliged. After I saw what they had I let him know I was not ready to buy that day and that I was going to research more and see what competitors had to offer. JJ did not hesitate to encourage me to do this. Ultimately a month later I showed back up and purchased a mattress from them. Service by JJ, Coyote, and the guy riding with Coyote was superb. From purchase to delivery and haul away I highly recommend Marks

Wonderful selection of mattresses and also everything that goes along with it including pillows! Also top notch customer service.

Jacob Hartman helped me tremendously. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I told him my concerns, what I was working with, and he quickly got me what I was looking for at my price point. Thank you Jacob.
